    We report a new spiropyran-based fluorescent probe that exhibits high affinity and specificity towards Ab oligomers both in vitro and in vivo. This probe can penetrate the blood brain barrier and specifically target Ab oligomers in the brains of transgenic mice in models for Alzheimer's disease.
